JUAN'S STORY

The story of Juan’s began over 40 years ago when I decided to leave Mexico and my family in search of a better life. As a young boy, my uncles and cousins gave me the opportunity to work with them at their restaurant, Fernando’s, a Mexican restaurant dedicated to preserving the flavors and recipes of Mexico.

I worked, lived, and learned at what would unknowingly become my culinary and life school. Thanks to Fernando’s, today I am proud to bring you Juan’s, a chain of restaurants that carries the authentic flavors of Mexico, but most importantly, honors the origins and roots of Mexico and my family.
